Vodacom
Charged for phantom Sms

I currently have a contract with Vodacom and since December last year up until now I have been charged for sms ranging from R1.80 to R9.01 of which I only sent two in this time period. On contacting vodacare I was told I need to pay "R22.80 for each invoice (itemised billing) requested" which to me was ridiculous since I feel its unnecessary, the reason i did not sign up for it in the first place nor did I sign up for any sms bundle so I do not know where these charges are materialising from.
