The answer "No just book it in" is not GOOD ENOUGH

2 year contract with Nashue Mobile, where 5 months of this 2 years the phone has been in for repairs, a blackberry. Everytime it goes in for the same problem. This problem occured now once again upon me phoning Nashua asking for a solution. I did mention that booking it in will not be accepted as one of the solutions. I spoke to Belo and she said that she will call me back with feedback from her repair centre. She called back and confirmed that this phone has been booked in several times and her repair centre said we can book the phone in again and wait for it to be repaired, which by the way takes 6-8 weeks. I asked her for the numbers and names of who confirmed this as i am now going to contact the Director for Nashue who is Chris Radley or Mark Taylor. Booking it and and waiting for it to be rapaired is out of the question for us. As this has happened numurous times and the same problem occurs with the phone. Before Belo could supply me with numbers and names, i was placed on hold, i got cutt off and havent been contacted back since. This is very poor and once the upgrade for this contract creeps closer we will definately not stick with Nashua Mobile!!!
