I booked my son's phone in with Riverside Autopage in July. after 4 weeks I started phoning for feedback. everytime I had to hear that they do not know where the phone is and that they would get back to me. nobody ever came back to me. I would phone twice a week. on the 14th of September they told me that the phone would be here on the Monday as it was despatched on the 12th. Monday came and gone, nothing happened. So I tried phoning on Tuesday and sending emails but could not get hold of them. My husband then went in, and he was told that they do have a new phone for my son. when they then gave it to us, there was no backcover or battery, veen though the job card stipulates that those items was booked in as well. They then said they will order the items and that they would contact us by Friday. nothing happened. so again today I have to phone, and I must hear that they did not receive the items. when I then phoned Head Office Jhb, they looked on the system and they said that the back cover and battery was never booked in. So where is that? I have been paying for 2 months for something I do not have. I am cancelling my contract as this is not the first time
