Worst customer service experience EVER!!!

I have been trying to take out a contract with Cell C since around the time the new Samsung Galaxy S4 was released. I arrived at the store with all of the required documentation and was told that they were sold out of that particular handset. I was not surprised and gladly put my name on a waiting list to be contacted once the store received stock. Needless to say, the call never came. Over the weekend I decided to try again. The person that I had the misfortune of dealing with was who I believe to be the manager of the store. His attitude was appalling to say the least, he was bad mannered, in an awful mood and practically accused me of wanting to shop lift (apparently he was joking?!) He kept disappearing from the desk where I was signing forms to go and help customers. The forms I was filling in were unclear and confusing and when I asked questions I was looked at like a complete and the answers I received were unclear and frankly, quite sarcastic. I was left feeling terrible about the contract I had just signed as I have always been a loyal customer to Vodacom and if this is the type of service I can expect from Cell C, I am a very disappointed new customer.
