Cell c service is pathetic and disgusted

I took a contract with cell c in july and it had a problem after a week helpline told me to send it back for repair . i did it came back never worked and they told me send again and since that day i am waiting for some courier to come and collect but it didnt happend and sad part is i alrwdy paid for two months and never used the laptop. how unfair you people are . i will never ever ever buy anything from cell c again
