Phone never picked up at all telkom mobile stores

I find it bizarre that I cannot even get hold of 1 store. The cresta one is always engaged and when it does become available no one picks up. Clearwater and Westgate ring and the phones are never picked up. I have been trying to phone for 2 days. I managed to get hold of Phindi yesterday whom I asked to get her manager to email me a quote for Samsung S4 as she could not do it herself. No one has gotten back to me so I am not sure if she passed on the message. I have not been able to get hold of them ever since. This is shocking indeed!!!
