Simpletons cannot resolve my itemised billing

I have been receiving itemised billing for 2 years from MTN now, as I need to claim for my business calls with the company.
For some weird reason, last month, the CALLS section shows the digits dialled as myMTN
MTN keeps telling me that this is correct for SESSION/INTERNET data.
The more I keep telling them that this is CALL and not DATA, the more they keep informing me that this is what internet is shown as.
If any one had the decency to even call me, then we could get this resolved even sooner.
Never mind the fact that their 808 call centre kept me on hold for over 45 minutes the other day.
WHY do I have to deal with such blooming? This is your job. DO IT PROPERLY
