Signal keeps dropping every minute

I have been using 8ta for 2 years now without problems but these past few months have been a nightmare, I am forced to keep reconnecting every minute to remain online. My signal is full, so I'm out of ideas. I'd like to renew my contract but if this is not resolved I will have no other option but to change SPs. I'm in the Lyttelton area in Centurion.
