My ADSL has been down for 3 DAYS now and i told them that i am only available until 9am becaus e i leave for work that time. then i get a call at 2PM that the tech is at my house... and there is no one there... WELL DUH!

what is wrong with you people?! is it too hard to come out before 9am and provide a service that i am paying for?!

and then i still get billed for something that isnt working!!

you guys really take the cake on this one
