Complete incompetence and lack of accountabilty

Due to my utter lack of customer service or anybody able to do their jobs properly at 8ta through out the course of my contracts i decided to cancel my contract over 5 months ago when it expired, as well as another expired one about a month or 2 later. For the last 5 months they are still deducting money from my accounts for these contracts because nobody there is actioning the cancellation requests. Last week someone finally turned off the numbers (did not convert to pre paid as requested) but to add insult to they also deactivated my last 8ta number which i had not cancelled yet because it is only expiring in November. So i now have a service i cant even use which i know they will be charging me for.
Come on 8ta, catch a wake up and stop from your customers!!!
