Cell C tryes to Trick you into paying

After weeks of correspondence with Cell- C has now clamed my phone in question is a insurance claim because they don't want to take responsibility of a poor product. I have asked for proof which they haven't been able to prove. They have then Emailed a claim form to me which after speaking to Ayanda Cele on the 16/9/2013 at 12:00 was not going to cost anything if I claim from the insurance. There is small print on the form that I will have to Contribute R650 towards a quote of R574.90. They asked me to please send it back to them as soon as possible which means all they want is a signature then they can trick me into paying for there product that should be under Guarantee. Luckily I read small print. To top it all I'm paying for a phone Cell C has had for a month. Who is going to reimburse that cost.
