Too Lazy to update

I have a loan with Bridge Loans. In the month of March 2013 our salaries were delayed due to a technical glitch and informed them about this. On April 29, 2013 they debited twice which was acceptable as owed them. May month came and the debit went off. i was like good now i am up to date. In came Nudebt Management who claimed I owed THEM? After a lot of questioning they mentioned bridgeloans and i told the rep that i had payed them and my account was up to date. The lady Babalwa Mto told me i have been handed over to them for collection. I must from now onwards pay them. i told her as long as my debits go off my account is up to date i am not paying anyone. she adviced me to send my bank statement as proof which i did. She says i must do this monthly WHY oh WHY??? Bridgeloans debits my account but i must update Nudebt about the debits!? Is this how its supposed to be!? Nudebt has listed me as a bad payer they and Bridgeloans have done this unfairly. How can i be listed if My account is UP TO DATE. Please update my credit profile im a good payer not perfect but i pay.
