BB Q5 - 9 days told to send it for repairs!

Upgrade on 20/08/2013. On 29/08/2013 battery needed recharging every 24hrs and full BB service not inplace.
Told to hand in for repairs or visit BB Buddies, did this and informed that software was corrupted. Heita - Telkommobile refuse ti replace product and I refused to accept their policy of 7days as the warranty period and thereafter product must be handed in for repairs.
Calls to there call centre renders very little customer care and the policy is recited by all who works there. i have handed the phone to the supplier and have since been billed for the product, albeit reporting my dissatisfcation via the website. This level of customer service is unacceptable to me.
