The Bad Service in this country is getting to me

Issues trying to cancel my 8ta 10gb per month contract
Contract ended 30 July

Called in on the 18th of June to cancel the contract and was told I'm cancelling to early and they will bill me for early cancellation, was advised to wait 2 weeks till July as they need 20 days

Then called in 10th July (20 days before end) and logged a call to cancel and was told within 72 hours a tech would call?

2 weeks later I called again as nothing had been done, lady said she would mail the person who logged the call. She then said its 20 "working" days from original date logged so will only end 10 August

12 August I called and still nothing had been done, was then asked to please send a letter to [Email Removed] heard anything?

Called in today... 15th August... they can do nothing they can just email the person who logged the call...

I don't know your internal processes I am the customer... cant expect me to guess I need to send a letter & even when I do. Nothing happens

The service level in this country is terrible... Companies need to spend more money on service and training staff and stop worrying about profits and the top dogs salaries. A happy customer will always return
