Im still waiting for leroy to give feedback on what the Nokia rep said about my phone that I have taken in on numerous accounts. The short guy who works there gave me a phone number for the HRVC and I must report my phones problem to them and they will tell me what will happen next. News flash stupid short guy that number is only to for booked in phones and for the consumer to track the progress on the phones. I swear only stupid people are employed at MTN nationwide!!! Dumb leroy makes empty promises every time I go there. I think he should be cast in the remake of Pinocchio. Everyone has there has their own way of doing things. One day you need POP the next day you dont. Dont you go for the same training or is MTN the stop for stupid?
