I took out a cellphone contract & wanted a top up plan for the samsung S4. The consultant didn't fully explain the package & I wasn't 100% sure of my contract. So two days thereafter I went back 2vodacom & spoke to a different consultant, who then checked my package & assured me the smart M plan was definitely a top up plan. This is an open line package, wher you get billed if you exceed your usage for calls, data & sms's. To my suprise when buying airtime, I discovered that my plan wasn't top up after calling their call center. My 7day period had expired & after going back 2the branch I was then advised that I would now be charged if I wanted to cancell my contract. A different consultant advised me that they can do a dealer cancellation without having 2pay anything for being changed to a top up package. I was advised they would contact me after two days!!! Its now been 4days since I went back to vodacom for the third time & still nothing has been done. I trusted vodacom because I was an existing customer with them only to find out this is not what I needed or wanted from them. Extremely dissapointed
