To whom it may concern
I'm an unhappy and angry customer: 1002249... that has been trying to reach you but not reachable.
On the 11/07/2013 one of your agent (Keabetswe) called me and introduce me to mobi moola.
On the 19/07/2013 I called and I spoke to Phumeza who is your agent that promised to sort out my problem but it was never resolved.
On the 25/07/2013 you debited money from my account to the value of R249 R99 = R348 but I never got the moola you promised me. I sent the request so many times and you never replied to me then why you debit my account???
I was never helped or contacted by mobimoola after my query!!!
is this MOBI MOOLA REAL???
