False pretense about 3G Coverage

I have two clients of mine, that brought and took up a contracts by Vodacom, while they weren't inform about the coverage in there area.

After trying to use the devices - speed sticks, they weren't getting the results as always advertised as fast, efficient and "whooosh" - as Cell C would describe. while I showed my clients the Vodacom 3G coverage maps, they totally understand what and why they aren't getting results, because they aren't in a good or actually no coverage area.

While they took up the contracts, Vodacom didn't informed them about this.

While reporting it to Vodacom, I took the role to e-mail them numerous times, to get this resolved, but feel like am an not getting anywhere and are now ignored by the Ilse de Bruyn who did the corresponding with me via the mails...

I am getting frustrated, and would like this sorted as soon as possible!
