SHOCKING PRODUCT AND SHOCKING ATTITUDE

I receive 500 mb of free data bundle monthly which normally takes 10-12 days to use up. I then buy additional bundles. This month on the 13th my bundle was absorbed and Today at 10.39 I bought 250mb and within 10 minutes it was used up just browsing on facebook and downloading emails. I challenged the call centre and was told that I definetly used it but they could not tell me what I downloaded to use that volume of data bundle so quickly. AGAIN I WAS DOING NOTHING DIFFERENT TO WHAT I HAVE DONE FOR MONTHS BEFORE. I then bought and additional 500 mb whilst waiting for the manage to phone me back WHICH NEVER HAPPENED and that took an hour and that was gone too, NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL, IS THERE ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS. THE CALL CENTRE ARE TOTALLY UNHELPFUL
