Failure to resolve request

PremierAdvantage card I thought was a good product. Since Mon 2nd Sept 2013 I am trying to resolve the bungle of debit orders just going off my business bank account. I have spent hours on the phone to the call centre. I have emailed the clientcare, sent a fax, went to the branch in Bellville. Spent more time on the phone only to be cut off when I get first line for my call taken. This was suppose to be a saving to me but instead the cost incurred in terms of time spent, money on phone calls including petrol driving to the branch. This has been no saving and the after sales service leaves alot to be desired.
