Careless and incompetent employees

I took my Blackberry Bold 9900 in for repairs on the 17th of May 2013. They struggled to fix it for months. Eventually I was told that the phone needed a new motherboard and that I had to pay R1800 for them to go buy the part that was needed. So I decided to go fetch it and take it somewhere.
Whenever I'd fetch my phone from Vodacom Chatz Cellular the technician would request me to give him time to assemble the phone. When I went again I was told that the phone was with one of the staff members who wasn't on duty that day. I went again yesterday (11th September 2013) to fetch my phone and discovered that the screen was cracked and the back cover was missing and that was not the condition of the phone when I first handed it to them for repairs. The technician and another employee didn't even seen to care. I left the phone there and didn't take it. This really made me angry and it goes to show that the employees there lack some degree of professionalism!!! I'm really disappointed and off!!!
