8ta's BAD SERVICE!!!

I sent my blackberry 9900 in for repairs a few weeks ago and when I went in to go and collect it, I was told that it was a refurbished phone, however, when I put the phone on I discovered that the phone was not working. They then took the phone and sent it back in for repairs. After it had been sent in twice I was told that I can come fetch my phone only to discover AGAIN that the phone the repairs shop sent is not working!!! This is TERRIBLE service! I am very unhappy and am considering cancelling my contract!
