First of all I'd like to point out that the Brooklyn Mall (Pretoria) repair centre is in Potchefstroom, which I find ridiculous as there is one not further than 2 km's away (Hatfield) or if that one is closed, 5km's away (Menlyn). But I'm not here to criticize company structure and how your logistics work.

To cut things short, I gave in my phone last week Friday and after numerous attempts to call your call center, repair center and your outlet, it turned out the phone has not even reached the repair center yet. If you could have told me last week that it takes you 7 days minimum to get it to your repair center I would've gladly paid the courier myself.
For the R150 I pay a month, you don't have:
1) A working spare phone
2) A date when I will get the working phone back

We live in the 21st Century and I'll be frank, it is not pleasant going back to the stone age whilst selling your car, undergoing a potential merger and running a club. Horrible service. I really expect more from a brand that holds itself in such high regard.

Please do something about this issue. It can really do a lot of harm to your customers in this age of growing dependance on technology and communication.
