Insufficient to No 3G network in Witbank

I have 3 data contracts with Mtn but get insufficient to non-existent 3G network in the Witbank area (yet it is critical in our line of work to have full time connectivity).
Please help I am frustrated beyond belief by an organisation that simply seems not to care.
