With regards to my previous complaint, the staff has assured me that they will pay their share in the usage however Autopage has overcharged me and does not reimburse their clients immediately. How is this permitted.? How can they just deduct payments that is not due to me.?I want that overcharge to be removed immediately or I will be taking this further firstly to the Ombudsman.
