I have been in communication with MTN for the past 3weeks now regarding signal coverage in my house. I have two contracts with them which I'm unable to use in my house because of poor signal. They have promised to install a cel-fi unit to rectify the problem which was three weeks ago. For the past three days now, everytime I call I get told that they are unable to get hold of the technician who is meant to install this unit. What on earth am I supposed to do now? Why am I expected to pay for a service I'm not receiving?
Everyday I'm losing money as I'm unable to connect to internet. No wonder MTN SA is losing customers its rivals. This is an absolutely appalling service.
