Yellow and White Pages Contract?

Our Company IQP GoodLife Flooring had a contract with Yellow Pages and White Pages a couple of years back and which was cancelled. For some Months now we've realize on our Telkom Statements that they are charging us for the Yellow and White pages again. In August we've sent them an email to cancel AGAIN and no one came back with any feedback. Now we receive a statement for renewal fees and other fees as well. I spoke to a guy in the call center who was very unpolite and he played a recording but i could not make out anything or hear nothing. He now say we can not cancel the contract and have to pay up until June 2014. How can you not cancel a contract that you have not signed for or they have not even sent you any paperwork for??? And especially if you unaware of a contract that you have with them.
