An agent (Justin Welcome) from FNB (MTN sales department) put my sim number on MTN Top up contract, without my consent or me signing any contract form. And they debiting my personal account. He (justin) phoned in may & said because iam on prepaid & always buying prepaid airtime through FNB, I now qualify for a top up contract, & I phoned mtn they saying fnb has to reverse their action because I cannot be put on contract without signing any document. Then he (justin) says I don't need to sign anything. The team leader (mbuso nkosi) has been making false promises of resolving the matter even today. It seems its just impossible for them to reserve their action & put back my number on prepaid. If I needed any contract I would go to mtn & apply for one in my own time. I do not need some desperate target driven agent to fiddle with my personal info & do as he pleases. Their contact (0861362678 or 0714476202) email [Email Removed]

the above is what i posted a while back & still no response. I have phoned MTN last week to re-activate... they said they'l phone in two days to reactivate and refund me the money they deducted from my account... I am still waiting
