Mobile wi-fi not working

I bought a tablet online and it was deliverd on wednesday 04/09/2013 and i activated the sim same day i was told to wait for some hours before use, i only used it on Sunday 07/09/2013 only to find out that the mobile wi-fi is not working i called the call centre sameday and the service i got was so bad that i hold for more than an hour being transfer from pillar to post. i was given a reference: S3-POC36-6G1W9 and i was told that i will get a response within 24hrs and it has passed. i called today 10/09/2013 to find out whats going on cause i cannot do anything on the tablet of which they cannot find the reference number the lady who helped me transfer me without even explaining anything to some other department. i want to cancel the contract i called 0821958 since i am not happy and i have been holding for more that 30min with no response. i am not happy
