DSL keeps dropping for the past month

We have been logging faults about the DSL that has been dropping for the past month and is still not resolved, we receive sms's that the problem has been resolved but we still sit with the problem ref 63ATK060913, REF 144ATK020913, REF 24BTK270813 on line number 012 991 3261. Please can we resolve this problem as soon as possible as we are running out of patience.
