Paying another persons bill

So here I am, contacting Telkom to query an amount being deducted from me, they say I must contact Trudon. So here I go, Call and email on Monday, call and e mail on Wednesday, call and e mail on Friday, ask to speak to a supervisor, sure someone will phone me back. It is Monday afternoon, still no call. I asked on Friday why no one has even bothered to come back to me, the excuse is the lady allocating the e mails is off sick. Really!!! no replacement? What happens now, does the company go on a stand still. For the last 7 months I have been paying new dimensions white or yellow pages advert. I have moved areas and yet still for some reason or another am still being charged, even tho my number changed. So I call New Dimensions, number does not exist, not my number, but another number, so how did they get to deduct the fees from me, I had my line for more than 2 years. And surely when you place an advert in yellow or white pages one signs off on it. Of course asking Telkom to help is totally useless, so now where does that leave me. If someone bothered to contact me, this would not have been necessary, now would it.
