Eally don't know what 2 do anymore... I don't know who 2 speak 2 with regards to the problems I've experienced with this service provider
I've send numerous e-mails made 100's of calls to the branches in the eastern cape but no1 can solve this small problem
I bought a contract phone on the 27th of July, just 2 weeks after having the phone I began 2 have problems with it... I put the phone on charge because the bat3 was flat but when I switched it on, it didn't power on at all... so on the 19th of August I took it to the neerest branch nd the feedback I received was that the handset is BER, so I asked what it stands 4 nd the consultants said the repairs dept. Said they can't fix it... I told the lady that that's unaccpetable because I only had the phone 4 2weeks nd now they telling me that I have 2 pay 24 months 4 a handset thats of no use 2 me after only using it for 2 weeks, I then asked if they can't replace it, abd the consultant said no, so then I asked another question, which is, is it not possible that the handset was already damaged? So the consultants said its just one of those things, I then said that's not an answe
