Does the mnt ombudsman exist?

I cannot believe the purtrid service I receive from your consultants.

I have complained about my phone giving me problems for months on end now

1. I could not load apps
2 then the phone got extremely hot even while not in use
3 the thing switches on and off with the result that I cannot use the phone at all

I received the phone in Sept 2012 together with the documentation attached, but only started using it in Dec 2012 I took the phone to Zevenwacht for assistance first regarding the apps but all they could say was it would take a month to repair and when I tried to take it again over the weekend they told me that they cannot even give me a phone on loan.

I called to to cancel my contract because I have a phone that's of no use to me only to be told of a penalty R5362.93 (98536931)

I refuse to pay this cancellation fee because nowhere in my contract does it state anything to that effect. You are welcome to collect your phone from me Nikki distributors 19 Jellicoe avenue Epping 1 - 7460

I have sent numerous emails trying to get the socalled ombudsman to help In the meantime I am paying for a phone that they have since march 2013
