My mom has been with 8-Ta for well over a year now, and has a Blackberry on contract. The first few months (and by first few I mean 3 or less) things were great. The cell worked perfectly and the reception was fantastic. Unfortunately after that, it all went pear shaped. The signal was terrible, and the phone had to be restarted every 2 hours or so, just so that messages could come through. If it wasnt restarted phonecalls would go straight through to voicemail, bbm messages would be left hanging, and she could not get onto the internet. I took the phone to the branch at Hemingways mall, only to be told it was just a signal problem they were having, and it would be a waste of time checking the phone, we must just sit tight, they were working on the issue. Unfortunately I didnt take a name down. I took their word for it, and left it at that. That was last year. I have phoned numerous times, and they keep saying they will get someone to call me back, but nobody ever does. The phone now has to get restarted every half an hour or so, and still, nobody returns my calls. What more can we do in this regard? This is just highly unacceptable...
