After upgrading to the top talk and data package and receiving a blackberry Z10, it has had it's normal errors of hanging or sticking. However, two mornings ago, I woke up to a blank cell phone. Tried all the normal procedures of removing everything and rebooting etc.
This is within a 6months period. (which i have heard qualifies me for a new device) At Vodacare I requested my data to be protected and for some help to assist with communication, as this is how I run my business. I have 4 good talk contracts with Vodacom and at least 3 data packages (laptops/ IPads/ Samsung tablet). Spending on average approx. R9000 a month

You would think Vodacom would take this into account and supply me with little more than a R200 primitive phone - At The Same Time My Sim Card Is Way to Small and doesn't connect even with whatever adapters they Sold me. They have told me it could take up to 14 days to repair and carelessly told me my data will be lost.

After speaking to Vincent which is a manager at the Vodacare repair department and giving him my email details in order to copy me in on my requests to his senior, for help with the above, I have received nothing thus far.

Someone Please help.
