I ordered a new S3 on contract, but told them I would be using the larger sim (supplied) in an alternative phone, as my wife would be using the new phone on her existing contract. The micro sim was useless to me, as I am using the S3 mini.

The Mini SIM was registered, and everything worked fine. About a week later, I get a notification that my SIM swap request was being handled. I immediately logged a call, and was told they would get back to me. (REF: S3T072771JX9). 3 days later, I phoned back, only to hear that they apparently automatically swapped to the micro sim (which I specifically asked NOT to do). So now, in order to change back, I need to go and get ANOTHER sim (at my own time/expense), to rectify something that they have done, which I never asked for in the first place.
