We are still being incorrectly invoiced, Payments not reflecting . when will somebody competent from Neotel finally sort out our account - I am sick of empty promises by call centres agents. PLEASE WILL SOME SENOIR COMPETENT PERSON NOW SORT OUT OUR ACCOUNT.
