We upgraded our cellphones and contracts in June. The contract signed stated that we receive 200MB of data, R200 airtime and 200 sms's. Now they took away our data as well as the airtime. We contacted them more than 6 times this week. They receive their payment every month on time but they are quick to softlock you when your payment is late but they are allowed to my money??? When you call you get attitudes and people clearly not interested in fixing the problem. Every time they say they will get back to me, wll I am still waiting!!! I give them 24 hours to fix the problem then I am going to report them for corruption and.
