8ta I5 Promo - Useless

This service is just useless. I have given up, this is my second complaint here and all 8ta does is send a techie who then send a report to them.
The service is too intermittent... the 8ta technical people can't even check the user log files to see why it;
Logs you off or is running at dial up speeds.
If they get to you house and it works. That is fine for them. The service is atrocious.
Stay away from anything 8ta.
