Bad service on top of bad service

After a series of terrible services that I've been getting from Cell c, I decided to cancel my contracts. One of my sim card was used for data. I requested that it should be changed to prepaid. I was told that it will be done within 48 hours. A week later it still wasn't changed. I called and I was told that the matter was sorted and again they promised me that my sim card will be changed within 48 hours. I called again 4 days later and I was told the same story. How does one receive such a terrible service even when they are cancelling their contracts?
