Vodashop Secunda Robbed me my R100

My name is Doctor Mabena 8004025334081 on the 27 august i took my internet modem to Secunda Vodashop for repair and Shadrack said that to me i must pay R100 for deposit and he will send it for repair and they just detect that the USB PORT OF MY MODEM IS BEND . they didn't repair it and they said that i forfeit my R100 . and i still have a contract with them I'm paying R150 per month for that modem my contract will end next year February.
