I Mr Eddie Reuben a telemarketer operator am completely appalled at the unprofessional service that I received from Mytelnet. I was advised to use the services of Mytelnet in June 2013, where I met with Riccardo Simonetti. Riccardo explained to me the benefits that I would receive with their company and how I would be saving. Riccardo inform me of the procedure of Mytelnet. After the first week of our meeting a site inspection was done, I was told that everything will be taken cared off and installation will be done and completed by the first week in August ready for my call centre to start dialing.By the last week of July nothing was done, an amount of R13 000.00 was deducted from my account without any notification or an invoice. I called Mytelnet, I spoke to Marcus who told me that it takes 6 to 8 weeks for installation, something that I was not told initially about. I contacted Riccardo and requested him to cancel the installation and my money be put back into my account immediately, nothing as been done till date. I call this blatant, if one is not given a service but deprived of such a large amount of money that cannot be accounted for by the company taking the money.
