WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MESSAGES??!!

Last Saturday morning I turned my cell on at 8.15 and received 3 messages which had been sent to me on FRIDAY MORNING between 7 and 12.30. Why did I receive these 24 hours later!! I "wrote" to Cell C on Sunday, but needless to say, NO RESPONSE! I have said it 1000 times --- your customer service stinks!!
