A LG phone that is 8 months old had to go in for repairs regarding the charging usb connecter that has split in 2
whilst only using the standard adaptor that was shipped with the phone. This is completely unacceptable as the phone is supposed to last the duration of the contract, How can one have to pay continually for phones that cant stand the test of time. Android phones have to be charged every day. I was told after receiving a quote for R574.90 that I can claim from insurance but after being put through there is no answer just dead lines. After 2 attempts no luck. This is horrible service even so clamming from insurance covers a excess. How many times will this happen, This is surely a manufacture fault?
