Autopage doing it again: bad service

I took out a contract on the 24/07/13 @Mapoyna Mall. Brandon assist me with the contract and I told him that I only want to pay R200.00 p/m and he suggest the Samsang Mini R199.00 p/m which I then took. He failed to explain the disclaimers to me and he said I mst worry I`ll only pay that amount, after I told him that I had a raw deal with Autopage before. I than received a statement of R1400.00, when I query I was explained that they charged for all the downloads and the consultant should have explained. I went back to Maponya Mall but was told by Brandon that the deal is done and it is not compulsory for him to explain disclaimers and his exact words..`It will be your word against mine mam..and you`ll still have to pay if you want your phone on.`I then paid an amount of R680.00 and told him that I want feedback from his seniors for his mishap, until today nothing, I rather receive a sms to say I must pay the balance or my phone will be switch off. Meaning this is how business is running, giving wrong info then they score and customer loss
