Cell c I big dissapointment

I feel that I am paying a contract for my new samsung galaxy because samsung has the cheapest contract. But I would rather pay for better service at mtn and vodacom for r50 more. Because then I will be actually paying for something that I can actually use. After being excited, cell c is just one big frustration and dissapointment and it looks all good, but I was utterly fooled and you are feels like me because I am paying for a service I can not use because of the utterly disgusting service being recieved.
