Adversely affecting my credit record for no reason

It seems Autopage is quick to respond to their hello peter reports with misleading information.
I have posted several complaints regarding their bad credit record entry on a cell phone account that expired last year and was paid by debit order until the end.
Each time I try to follow this up, a new person contacts me but does not follow through with a correction of their mistake.

All I have received to date is an SMS stating that my account has been handed over to DMC and that "a friendly agent from DMC would contact me soon" - that was 2 weeks ago and why DMC? All I need is for them to stop updating my credit record negatively and send the written proof they promised me in a telephone conversation acknowledging their mistake and the solution.

It would be really nice if someone at Altech sorted this mess out before they wrote on this forum again about solving the issue when they actually have not!

Really frustrated.
