People at MTN River square mess up and I must pay

I still don't understand that i must be billed still after people at MTN river square mess up and letting me wait till now. if the lady that was helping me had called me in december already, i wouldn't have to deal with this in my life right now... i so don't need this. how do i get to the head office of MTN to speak to the bigshots. IF NOT I SAY LETS GO TO THE LEGAL ROUTE MTN-tired of this!
