NO EXPLANATION OFCONTRACT, WRONG SIGNITURE

GOT US TO SIGN ON FOR A 2 GIG CONTRACT INSTEAD OF THE UNCAPPED SPECIALTHAT WE ASKED FOR.WITH NEVER ANY EXPLANATION OF THE PRODUCT WE WERE TO RECEIVE WHICH WOULD HAVE CLARIFIED THE CONFUSION. WE RAN UP A R5000 BILL IN 6 DAYS AND WERE CUT OFF.INSTEAD OF ADMITTING THEIR MISTAKE WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE SORTED OUT.AFTER 2 WEEKS WENT TO HEAD OFFICE.SIMILAR BAD SERVICE AND WRONG INFO AND RUNAROUND.AFTER 6 WEEKS WERE TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO EXCEPT OFFER A R1000 DISCOUNT! MY STEP SON'S SIGNITURE APPEARS ALL OVER THE CONTRACT EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE PAYEE.I SIGNED ONLY DAYS LATER TO RECEIVE THE DONGLE.
