2 months and same

Hi ive had a connection but the sync speed was terrible on my 1mb line and i couldnt browse and now I xan have internet but its so slow telkom told me that it was the underground cable and promised to replace it but nothing has been done as of yet, when I switch my router off and on I cant even browse. When i leave it on over night the next day I can browse I cant go on like this anymore I want it to be sorted asap please
